Lease Package 1: $10 - you will receive (through e-mail) an mp3 and/or wav file of your selected beat(s).

Lease Package 2: $15 - you will receive a data disc along with the mp3 and wav file of your selected beat(s) - FOR UNITED STATES RESIDENTS ONLY

Lease Package 3: $25 - you will receive a data disc (USA only), mp3/wav files and the individual tracks of your selected beat(s).

*Some beats may be more than $10 for a lease due to the amount of time and effort put into creating the beat, or if the beat has a premade hook/chorus.*

CONTRACTS ARE INCLUDED WITH ALL LEASES IN E-MAIL OR POSTAL MAIL.

You will receive an encoded MP3 and a copy of the raw WAV file of the untagged beats that you purchased. The beat files can be delivered digitally (e-mail) or through the mail on a CD (additional $5 for shipping and other costs).

Leasing rights allow you to use the beat (or song) for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 2,000 copies. Selling more than 2,000 copies means you must acquire a new lease or exclusive rights. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have full rights to record, alter, and mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). This contract, along with your purchased beat(s), grants you non-exclusive rights.

In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. You may also acquire new leasing rights if you sell more than 2,000 copies since your contract predates exclusive sale. The seller will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads. You must however give full credit to the seller (Isso Productions) on all commercial recordings. Upon purchasing leasing rights, the seller still owns the beat(s) and the seller is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS

 

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS ARE NOW STARTING AT $200 PER BEAT

Exclusive rights are more expensive than leasing rights, but if you believe in yourself as an artist, it is best to invest in yourself by purchasing exclusive rights because they grant you the full rights to an instrumental.

If you are an independent artist without a record label, we will work with you as best as we can to establish a reasonable contract agreement for both parties.

Aritsts from record labels that are associated with music licensing groups such as ASCAP and BMI can also purchase exclusive rights from us. We are registered with ASCAP and will negotiate to receive an up front payment ($200) and further back end royalties from the exclusive purchase and its future success.

After confirming that you are ready to purchase a beat for exclusive rights, a PayPal invoice will be sent to your e-mail. We do accept other payments, PayPal just works the fastest on a national and international level. Please e-mail us if you wish to pay in another way.

Exclusive rights can also be purchased internationally, but the tracked out .wav files will be downloaded via our web server (unless purchaser wishes to pay total shipping cost).

Once the payment has been made, the tracked out .wav files of the beat and a contract will be mailed to your place of residence.
